There is no extra charge for credit or charge card transactions. All omline information is stored on a Secure Server Link (SSL). Online Secure Ordering:	Just click on the "To Order" button to order & "Review Cart Contents" to see what you have ordered. If you wish to order more than "1" of something, then just delete "1" and replace it with quantity required. If you wish to remove something from your order, just delete figure and replace with "0" & click on recalculate. Your order is processed on secure server. Please note only page containing your card details & exp date use Secure server. You will see a flag come up on your browser to confirm this or view padlock closing and changing color. depending on which browser you have installed.
By Fax:	Please fax your order (24 hr orderline) to (212) 206-7884. Please include Name, Organization (if applicable), Address, City, State, Zip, Email and Phone. You will receive confirmation of order via email.

Shipping/Handling Policy:	Customer will pay shipping and handling. Shipping & Handling Per Issue: * Within the U.S.: First Book $3, additional books $1 each * Canada & Mexico & Overseas Ground rate: First Book $4, additional books $1 each * Overseas Airmail Rate: $7, additional books $3 each This amount will be added into your total during the check out process.
